What we buy
Land, and whatever is on it. We buy it as it sits, so you don’t have to clear it, clean it out, or fix anything first.
As it sits
- Open land and acreage.
- Land with a house on it, or several houses.
- Multifamily property.
- Old manufacturing and plant sites.
- Old lumber and sawmill operations.
- Industrial and storage yards.
- Farms with barns and outbuildings, and timber land.
- Family land owned by several heirs, or tied up in an estate.
Old buildings, equipment left behind, trailers, junk, overgrowth: it all comes with the land, and none of it is a reason for us to walk away.
The land we like most is 10 to 100 acres in the path of growth, near towns, highways, and water and sewer lines that are spreading out. That is where our development partner can do the most with it, and usually where we can pay the most. But it isn’t the only thing we buy.
Keep the part you love
Want to keep your home, your yard, and some of the land around it? We can carve out the acreage you want to keep and buy the rest. A surveyor draws the new line where you want it, the new lot is recorded with the county, and nothing changes about the part you keep.

Somewhere else in the Carolinas? Call anyway. If it sits in the path of growth, we want to hear about it.
